A Dish I Made With Local Ingredients

I cook decent food but I don't usually boast about meals I make. 
This is however one of the better meals I have ever made. 
Pan seared local scallops and prawns with confetti rice. Sauteed local baby squash topped with a tequila lime and white wine sauce. Garnished with fresh cilantro.
