Pork Carnitas with eggs. This came from Park Chow in the Sunset part of San Francisco.
Vegan quesadillas. I would call them tacos. Not sure how they turn cashews into cheese but it tastes amazing. This is a dinner I had at Gracias Mama in San Fran. I was pretty loose by the time we ate but for vegan food was amazing. $21 bottles of Malbec and good company made for an amazing evening.
Vegan Tomato Bisque. Still don't know how they made a crem fresh like drizzle for the soup. Vegan food is actually pretty good when carefully prepared. Dinner for 5 with 2 bottles of wine was $100. Quite a deal. I did want some meat first thing the next day though.
