Spring Eats

Spring has taken me to wine country in santa Barbara for some real tasty treats. 
 Scallops
 Braised Short Ribs
 Crispy Duck
 Crab Cakes Benedict
 Hippie Crack
-Dates and Goat Cheese Wrapped in Bacon with a Balsamic reduction
Pizza-with carmelized onions, gorgonzola, arugula and balsamic
